The line between professional and personal happiness can get scarily thin when you run your own business. Are you integrating the professional and the personal as much as you could be?
If you sense you need some realignment work, I’ve got a few ideas to get you started:
- If you’re highly competent at your craft but feel like you’re wasting your best efforts working for someone else, quit and work for yourself! There are more tools than ever before to help you be successful.
- If you’re a solopreneur but find yourself making less money than when you had a “real” job, find a better way to work.
- Do you love what you do, in theory, but feel depleted? Take a break already.
- If you are an agency owner and know some team members are unhappy and underutilized, have the courage to be their catalyst. It will benefit you both.
Making time for the things that actually matter in the long run makes you rich.
